Western Edition returns to Misdemeanor Meadows this Saturday, December 7th

Greetings to You from Western Edition, Here’s what we got for ya in December: Western Edition returns to Misdemeanor Meadows this Saturday, December 7th. It’s been a season or two and we’ve missed this snug little club just outside of felony flats. This may be our one and only performance in December, which would make it our last show of 2024 so please come out and say howdy! Saturday, December 7 at Misdemeanor Meadows.7:00-10:00pm / $5.00 Cover. 6920 SE 52nd Ave Portland OR 97206 Western Edition has merch! We have t-shirts, stickers, buttons and cds for sale. Ask us at one of our events—we’ll open up our suitcase just for you.

Here’s a new one—Western Edition at the Stagecoach Saloon!

Sure there’s a gas station next door but if you squint your eyes real hard (and maybe have a shot) you might just be transported to the Old West. This is an afternoon party open to the public and should prove to be a hoot. Starts at 5:00 and though the poster states that we finish at 7:00 there’s a real good chance that we’ll be cuttin’ a rug until 8:00. After that, we’ll be gorging on one of their famous “Bacolicious” Burgers. 20101 NE Sandy Blvd, Fairview, OR5:00-8:00. No Cover

Friday night hoedown at the Showdown with Western Edition, The Countrypolitans, and Clusterbuck

This just in! A hoedown at the Showdown with Western Edition, The Countrypolitans, and Clusterbuck this Friday, May 31 at 8:00pm. This will be a super fun line-up, starting at 8:00 with Elizabeth Ames and The Countrypolitans, an internationally recognized honky tonk Americana band that has toured extensively in the U.S. and Europe, opened for Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson and many other national acts. Expect terrific original songs with addictive melodies as well as some country favorites. All great stuff indeed but can she sing Patsy Cline? Yes, people—yes she can. Western Edition headlines mid-evening, bringing our high energy, smile from-ear-to-ear, original country pop sound featuring sweet harmonies, fantastic fiddle and pedal steel, and catchy guitar leads. This band has fun onstage and it shows. Clusterbuck will finish out the night with country music with a taste of the Bakersville sound (as in Buck Owens). Golden-toned Roland Miller trades off leads with powerhouse Tina Purdy for a rompin’ good set of country faves. Tina puts a scoff-and-growl into I never Promised you a Rose Garden that tells that story just right. Don’t miss this one! The Showdown is a terrific venue with a proper stage and good sound, full bar, and friendly fast staff. We hope to play here often so come out and support us! Doors at 7:00, show starts at 8:00. 21 and up. Tickets $12.00-$15.00.

This Sunday! Western Edition opens for Petunia and the Vipers with Dumpster Joe and Po’Tato.

Western Edition opens for Canada’s Petunia and the Vipers! You bet! Dumpster Joe and Po’Tato open the show at 8:00. WE should be taking the stage around 9:00. Petunia ’round-about 10:00. $10.00 at the door. Yodel-ay-hee-whoo!  2025 N Kilpatrick Street, PDX
